SRAM & MRAM Group Announces Strategic Joint Venture with Super Tech Inc. and Chen Engine for Green Energy Innovation

Taipei, Taiwan — December 18, 2024: In a landmark event today, SRAM & MRAM Group, in partnership with Chen Engine and NH3 Fuel Green Energy Patented Products, officially celebrated the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a new Joint Venture project focused on breakthrough green energy technologies.
This collaborative venture includes Super Tech Inc., a leading Taiwanese company renowned for its technological innovation and sustainable solutions. The MoU signifies a powerful alliance aimed at advancing ammonia-based (NH3) green energy solutions through cutting-edge research, patented products, and scalable implementation.
The signing ceremony took place in Taipei, Taiwan, and was attended by key dignitaries including Mr. Jordan Chen, Managing Director of Super Tech Inc., and Mr. NVR Suresh, Executive Director of SRAM & MRAM Group UK. The occasion was further honored by the presence of Dr. Sailesh Hiranandani, Chairman of SRAM & MRAM Group, along with other senior executives and stakeholders from all participating organizations.
