The merger marks SRAM & MRAM Group’s strategic entry into the high-end entertainment sector in India, further strengthening its legacy of innovation and sustainable growth.

Dr. Sailesh L. Hiranandani shared the group’s vision of creating a world-class film city, combining cutting-edge technology with elite talent from Europe and the US, to redefine storytelling and production standards. A key aspect of the merger is the development of a 50-acre film city, set to begin construction soon. This facility will serve as a global benchmark for film production, offering infrastructure that includes customizable sets for schools, hospitals, and residential spaces. The goal is to simplify the filmmaking process for creators.
The film city will feature world-class studios with advanced VFX capabilities, top-tier dubbing and editing suites, and luxury preview theatres with Dolby Atmos technology. The theatres will include five screening rooms, two with over 100 seats for press screenings and three with 25 ultra-premium seats for exclusive previews. Additionally, there will be opulent lodging and resort facilities, with ten high-end resorts, each with private pools and four-bedroom accommodations for celebrities, along with a 100-room facility for film crews. The space will also offer recreation and event areas, including a café, pub, conference halls, and a sophisticated venue for audio launches, blending production and leisure seamlessly.
Paradigm Pictures AD Ltd showcased its cinematic achievements at the event, including its award-winning Cannes short film. The studio has gained recognition for its compelling storytelling and has achieved streaming milestones with V1 Murder Case and Harkara, both surpassing 100 million minutes of viewing on Amazon Prime Video. With seven projects currently in development, Paradigm Pictures continues to create impactful narratives with global appeal.
The newly merged entity is set to produce high-profile pan-Indian films once the state-of-the-art film city begins construction. The first slate of five films will be inspired by novels and real-life stories, featuring celebrated actors. In addition, the collaboration will expand into European and American markets, combining Indian storytelling traditions with global filmmaking expertise.
A standout feature of the merger is the collaboration with RingDance Entertainment to bring the Nordic Casefiles trilogy to life. This ambitious project includes *RUUD & MILD: Nordic Casefiles (Game)*, a real-time interactive mystery-solving experience that immerses players in thrilling investigations. Additionally, *BIRD WHISPERER (TV Series)* delves into gripping Scandinavian crime stories, offering an in-depth exploration of the region's darkest mysteries. The trilogy culminates with *PARISTAN (Feature Film)*, a powerful narrative about a father's relentless search for his missing son in Stockholm, where he uncovers hidden truths that challenge everything he knows.
